After 2 weeks of vacation, awesome food, and lovely cocktails, I'm surprised that I only went up 1.5 pounds!
Today, I go back to my Intermittent Fasting (IF) routine. I'll probably start adding exercise back in slowly, although I'm unsure when that'll be. As always, I'll keep my eye on the goal and be loving, patient, and disciplined. And now, I get to go back to work!!
