I just couldn't resist weighing today as well as yesterday. I'm trying to go to a Monday weigh date since my carpool of years is ending. But I wanted to have lost a whole pound this week and I did. Go me. Oh, and my waist was a little below 41 but not 1/2" so I'm waiting for better news on that front.
I am still having a hard time getting enough calories. Last night my husband steamed the rest of my cauliflower whilst I was getting my massage so I basically grabbed it (with sour cream and cheese) and then to the WoW Tournament realm to meet my guildies. And never had anything else to eat. But by the time I got offline (11pm) it felt way too late to eat and I wasn't hungry. Obviously I am not a Jolt & fritos sort of gamer, I'm the jump into the computer and forget to eat kind. This is not a first. I just need to plan better.
