just be careful with water pills to not flush out all the good minerals in your body and get a potassium supplement after a few days of drinking them i started to get really bad cramps in my legs and feet it does make a huge difference on the scale but dont fool yourself cause once you stop drinking them it will just pile back on but to get rid of water retention its awesome !
