What a week. We had friends over on Saturday and my husband really wanted me to make my homemade hot fudge sauce. I figured what could it hurt. We'd eat it that night and I would enjoy it very much. Well, we never got to the ice cream and I was left with all this homemade hot fudge sauce. Oh yummy! After being tempted like crazy, and enjoying it a few times, I finally threw it away!
I can now see that my clothes are fitting loose. I like that the scales are going down. I have actually been going to the gym even more and I have to admit, I like it.
It is soooo going to be my year of weight loss! Happy Day!
