Today marks the one month anniversary of my lifestyle change. The journey so far been has been full of so much failure yet so much perseverance which lead me to a 30lb drop in my weight and for some one who doesn’t know shit about losing weight i have to say i’ve had a good month. For this new month i’ve started i want to focus on eating more regularly throughout the day instead of 3 separate meals i heard that having snack throughout the day in between meals increases metabolic rate for burning calories.
