Tole ya :-) Plus, I must admit, I tried fasting for two days. Haven't eaten since Tuesday and feel fine. Yesterday was a bit rough but got through it. I have my lovely friend Rebecca coming to stay next week so I need to be normal again by then, eating-wise, and I'm going to be doing some weights today so I'll start eating again after lifting. In theory, right now I'm not hungry as my body's eating its fat stores. It has lots! :-) This is deffo worth looking into further. Recommend people look up Dr Fung on Youtube, lots of info from him there, he seems to be the leading guy.
