Not so bad. Really struggling getting/keeping the calories up, and still being semi healthy. Doing great at staying away from breads and sweets. For that I am proud of myself. Hoping my metabolism is getting itself straightened out. Next week, I am going with 12-1500 per day calories. If I still gain at that, or maintain, I will lower it further. AND make a greater effort at more water. My exercise level has increased with the gym membership, which is GREAT. Dr. Visit coming up, I am looking forward to positive numbers all around.
