It's hard sometimes, I am not eating like crazy yet , it could be because I am drinking too much coffee or too late 🤔, I am not going to drink coffee after 12:00 today , I need to sleep good tonight, I will be driving 6 hours tomorrow⏱ 🚘🏠

I am going to weight 110 next year probably, right now I don't want to start bulking yet because the holidays and (I am going binge eat🐷)

Hey, the last two weeks I haven't been Doing IF-OMAD, eating almost the same amount of calories every day, but it doesn't help me, I have been soo hungry all the time, after Thanksgiving I am going back to IF 20:4, 5:2 diet and OMAD

20:4 I will be Fasting 20 hours and 4 hours Feasting .
5:2 diet: I am going to be eating 500 calories two days of the week, eating normal the other three days of the week and eating more on the weekends .
OMAD: Eating just One Meal per Day

Keilin your results are fantastic . I mean it doesn't even seem like you have much of an RDI deficit or that you cut back on Carbs much at all ... but you're still losing steady across the chart. Are you exercising/ active like crazy during the day and just not logging?? I'm confused as my calorie deficit is bigger and I am not doing nearly as well as you are. I'm dying to know what it is that's working for you?? By the way you should be super proud of your achievement consistent losses from January .. mine are all over the place. Best of luck on your journey x

Thank you, I have been eating a little less the last 3 weeks, 1200 to 1650 calories per day. Some days I eat more, others less, but at of the end of the week "my total calories consumed is what matter", I did ate a lot yesterday (stress) and I still lost weight, probably the water my body was retaining . I do exercise 40 to 60 minutes 3-5 times a week, right now I am exercising less (not outdoors exercises, too cold🚵♀️)

I am logging all my calories or almost, this week I have been thinking about a 110 calories yogurt that I ate last week, I don't know if I logged haha

Thank you Chris, yes, after Thanksgiving , I do need muscles 💪, rest days will be my two days with low calories. When I find my maintenance I will increase 10 calories per day or so. I want slow gains
