Well I thought I needed to eat just above my RDI but that is proving to be a mistake. I'm goin to go back to eating just below. That will take a little bit of will power! Oh well it will be worth it. I have had wine twice this week but i have stayed within my carbs the whole week. I would really like to speed things up! Again I NEED to start getting more excersize! I really want to get out of the 150's. I saw a picture of my from a couple nights ago and I still look fat. It made me sad because I have worked so hard and I feel soooo much better but it reall doesn't show yet. I guess it's motivation to keep going. 5-10 more lbs and I'll look soo much better.
