So today has went pretty good as far as carb counts. My problem, it's dinner time and I am not hungry. I don't know whether I should eat when I'm not hungry and if so, what. I have met my protein limit from what I have read, not sure what to do. Carbs I think are good where they are so that leaves fat. I have read one suggestion that you should keep carbs <20, eat only when hungry and only until satiated. Should I be doing that very confusing to me. I feel that I'm probably over thinking this whole thing and need to simplify it. Any suggestions?
