The last couple days I've been keeping my calories low but not paying as much attention and just trying to push my heart a little more while I worked. While it might not a SEEM like I followed my diet and I feel like a failure, I did lose some weight. That I didn't document as I gained it. (Yet)

I am actively trying to find what works and it appears the ONLY way I'm losing weight is MORE ACTIVITY. So this morning I've decided I WILL start working out. Even if it's only 30 minutes a day.

I'm terrified with this plethora of heart issues. Especially since there's no "heart safe" exercise options for some of these. So I'm just going to take my time and find things to do. Maybe even walking my puppy ragged, if she doesn't kill me.
