FS is saying I'm going to die from rapid weight loss. It was just a rest of weight yesterday since I had weights inverted in my diet plan. Yesterday's weight, and this, could have been legit if I'd done what Chrisw did last night.

I'm not convinced there's damages there Chris. I'm not convinced of iifym, but I do know that every once in a while it's necessary to follow and satisfy our craving.

My question would be, why set yourself up to 'recover' as a planned routine, rather than continuing to progress as long as possible with the occasional random dietary debacle to simply be accepted when it occurs. I'm not saying your approach is wrong we're all different in the way we deal with thing Btw the pizza made me drool.
