I stopped losing after my gastric bypass around 6 months - which was almost 4 months ago :( Now my weight fluctuates 5 lbs +/- and I'm ready to see it start doing the "minus" thing consistently ;) So I'm going back to Atkins induction phase. Low carb is the only way to go with my PCOS
