I am still super struggling with making the right choices late at night. During the day I do pretty good because I have to pack my food for work. If I would go to bed at a decent time I wouldn't have this problem! New goal: go to bed by 9:00 at the latest. Then I will be getting the sleep I need to get to wake up early and workout and then I wouldn't be eating anything either!

Along with Atkins, I try to stick with Bob Harper's Skinny Rules -- Rule #18 Go To Bed Hungry - Rule #19 Sleep Right. I used to struggle with what to eat later in the evening/night too. Now I just don't -- struggle or eat, lol. No eating after supper for me unless it is something planned (like an outing, etc,.).

I LOVE his book!!!!! That is a good idea Gigi about not eating after dinner. I will have to re-read his book!

Without being able to see exactly what you're eating, but going by what you have posted in you diet calendar - it looks like you need to up your fat. It is way too low right now.

I like to have some turkey as my snack in the evening because the little extra boost of protein gets me through the night. I also just read on another person's journal that drinking chamomile tea at night helps to fill your belly (with water/tea) and also get you feeling sleepy. I'm going to try it this week. :)
