OK...I admit that I stood on the scale on tuesday. I was 187 EEK!! It had me going nuts BUT at the same time, I did not do so hott at all this week. Today I've been trying to avoid the junk. Trying to get this back on track. I'm down 4 lbs from tuesday but I'm above what I was 2 weeks ago. I have just over a month to lose about 10 lbs....ugh...i need to try harder.

Try not to focus on the number...it's pointless if you lose 10 pounds and half of it is muscle...just focus on eating right and exercising...everything else will fall in place

A friend told me to add more protein to each meal and that should help kill my cravings. I started doing that today. Maybe it would help you. Good luck!
