I'm so happy ot have another month of hitting my goal! 3.3 more lbs and I go over the unbreakable treshhold.......140! Not seen in 12 years! Let face it I haven't stayed at 143 for more than a couple days. I'm feeling great. I think that I might do a 5 day fast just after Thanskgiving to get under and to get ready for my vacation in three weeks. I want to have a little play room because although I'm taking all of my own food and won't cheat I won't be keeping track. But we will be walking a ton at DISNEYLAND!!
