Trying to eat only foods that fuel my body, not all calories are made equal, sometimes a bar of chocolate has less calories than 14g of almonds but I must make the correct choice by choosing the almonds. The other issue I have is stopping at 14g of almonds, sometimes I could it (...and had done it) the whole 100g bag of almonds which at the end of the day, despite being a good nutritious food product, become a disservice. So, two things I have to be very determine about, 1. Making the right choice and 2. Consuming just the necessary amount. I thought I was ready to stop counting calories but it is still premature, I must keep at it for as long as necessary. Exercise alone is not going to cut it. At least I haven't taken any cake for the past 26 days, no ice cream (...or as I like to call it "The Devil" ) for even longer than that and that to me is a big accomplishment. Keep it up InkisWinkis! There are good days and bad days but just keep it up.
