Thank Bethlauren8! I did manage to get back on track and had a loss yesterday! As for the zero point foods,I made a HUGE pot of zero point cabbage/veggies soup the other day and have been filling up on that! One of the main reasons I am happy with WW is that there are so many 0 pt foods to choose from as long as you don't overdo. So happy I happen to love veggies :)
