Well, I did it. not only did I break 280, but it's 279.25 lbs. Hell yeah!! :) I think I'm going to take a day off from the dance workout today, but it will be okay, because I'll counter balance by running tons of errands today. I've got tons of packing and lifting and carrying out to the car, then unloading to do, so that'll be like my calisthenics; then I've got some grocery shopping to do, but I won't dilly dally, so It'll be a 3 mph walk... I'll manage to burn calories today. :)
