Welllll...this seems to be my regular pattern. I drop a lot one week, then gain a little back the next. Frustrating, but what can I do? I do know I didn't drink water like I should have this past week. I got a lil carried away with the diet soda. How I love it! I drank my water today, though. As for exercise, I am wondering if a little of this isn't muscle. I greatly increased my exercise. I'll just keep plugging away.
