Thanks Mrs. H. It has been a while since I was on the Atkins diet, did well before, hoping the same this time around. It has been a long time since we spoke, several years, hope all is well with you.

It has been a while and it's nice to see you back :) All is well with me, thank you for asking. I believe that losing weight is all trial and error. Finding that one thing that truly works for you is a task in its self. It sounds like you have found what does work for you and I bet you will do great!!
