I have a proper breakfast on both Saturday and Sunday to set me up for the day. It helps with saying "no thank you" to goodies offered on an unstructured afternoon. If I "behave" during the day, it is ok to be more free with food in the evenings - especially Saturday night which is generally spent with friends and SNACKS. AND... I tend to make up for the weekend in the week. My weekend eating is far from perfect and I am ok with that.
