The system still works when I follow it! Now there's a revelation. The key being I MUST follow it!
I know these first several days are all water weight but how encouraging! Just what I needed for a little boost. I can do this. Just keeping myself focused is a big step. Next week I start to add serios planned exercise.
Had a wonderful evening last night just locked in my sewing room. I did some straightening and rearranging and even got a little bit of sewing done too.
The deer are using our yard as a haven. There are tracks everywhere. They like to eat any cattle feed that may have dropped. I guess this way nothing goes to waste.
***Dang it. I goofed on my carbs. I got some broccoli and beets while here at work and didn't know beets were so high in carbs. Now I am over by 6 carbs for the day. CRAP!
