It has been exactly a year since I got my Fitbit and started a weight loss program. Kept most of it off.. taking a more relaxed attitude for summer..not so much weighing portions but I have a better idea of what portions are supposed to look like for me. However I do know if I let things slide too long I slip into bad habits, so renewing my commitment to be mindful of what I'm putting in my mouth lol
