1300-1400kal increase from last 10day. Ckd patient age below 60 shuld eat 35kal×suitable weight. (high-woman110,man-100= 46 ) so i must eat 1600kal /day but this still seem too much for me due didn't exercise. intake protien for stage 3 is 0.8kg (same as normal amount for healthy person x current weight = 70g.but this also too high so i will eat only 0.6 (recommand for stage 4) = 52g. I hope all i do will make my eGFR increse in next blood test.
