What a terrible week for me. I've got to do something different..just don't know what that is yet.

I've been checking for you posts every day. Maybe you should just get on top of tracking your food every day, and then see what changes you can make from there. You might find you really need to mix it up with a new menu to get yourself started. More protein will make you feel better.

Take it slow you don't have to race to the finish line.... So today wasn't so great, but there's always tomorrow to look forward to!

takingcharge has the right idea. Look at what you have done/consumed in the last week. Take a couple items and change it. Change is good and it will keep your body guessing all the time. If you find something that works and then after a while it stops working then make another change. Be patient and always look ahead.

Thanks for all the support everyone! Really appreciate it. I've decided I'am going to take it a bit slower. Jumping in feet first just isn't working good for me right now. So I've came up with a couple realistic goals for the next week that I think I can stick to. I really need to try and start eating healthier.I have a hard time with putting anything healthy into my mouth. LOL So, hopefully this will help. eat at least 3 servings of fruit or veggies a day. walk for 40 min.

That sounds perfect! Yay for little changes. Baby steps are better than no steps at all :)
