Ok sooooo this is totally unexpected. I have not recorded what I've been eating the lst two days. yesterday was ok but the day before wa a crazy amount. It's right before TOM and I havn't really lost anything in the last month. Today I wake up to a new low. My body is soooooo strange. I did step on the scale twice to make sure!! This makes me feel a little better about the month. maybe I can go down a little today to be a little closer to goal.
