🤔. I've had better weigh ins but the struggle to get back on plan continues. 😁. I was in ketosis last night at .8 and this morning it was low on the meter so hopefully I can get that back up to the 1-3 range. I really have to watch my protein intake. I have trouble with that... and unfortunately overdoing it just translates to sugar. The salad for dinner was great - blood sugar was at 102 and this morning at 114 with no further intake - no protein on the salad either. 🤔. I did find a recipe for Starbucks egg bites that is pretty close - minus the fillers and carbs.

Sounds like you are going pretty good. When I go back or I do a reset, I get very basic. It is eggs, meat, liver plainly prepared with fat and a few veggies on the side and then I go from there.

I do like basics! Quick, easy, tasty! No thought involved! I'm doing some prepping this weekend - ribs, hamburger, meatloaf, chicken, ham salad....deviled eggs. And it's Friday so I get to make everyone else pizza! That's always fun. I like watching people eat what I've made...... Especially if they like it!
