I am trying to stay focused and look up Foods before I put them in my mouth. I am back to losing a little bit each day. That's good for me. it is suppertime and I did not want to mess up on going over my calorie limit. I'm having scrambled egg whites with deli ham and kimchi on top. I'm also having 1/2 cup of lettuce salad. my way in today was under 212. Yay!
