Well, so far from the low weight of 227, I've now put back on 3 pounds- bummer. Oh well, that was to be expected. I will have to walk when I can to keep more from coming on. I've had some of what I want to eat before I go on my 40 day diet. Tonight I'll be having my last big meal of steak and potato w/ a salad- possible dessert. Otherwise, that's it. Friday, I'll skip b'fast (coffee) in order to have lunch w/ Tamra.
