You've got it in you Shell... you just gotta look deep and tell yourself that "this is it" and teach your body that YOU control what it gets!! Tell that tummy to hush, it's only gonna get what your brain says it's gonna get.... and that's healthy food. Have you tried getting over a craving by drinking a tall glass of water and check the clock, wait twenty minutes and see if you're "truely" hungry?? It sounds T-totally DUMB, but it works!!
