I went to see my dietitian today and I am down 2 lbs. this week! That's still not to say that I'm off this dumb plateau (it's been ranging from 108 to 111 roundabouts) but I am back down to 108 lbs.
Her only advice to me was to have more fruits and veggies in my diet. Okay, as long as they're low-cal. I'm going to have to go back through the day and add it up. I'll plug in my workout today as well!
