So glad you get a chance to "dry-out", see some sunshine & go for a nice walk with the poochies even. Don't forget...smile, breathe, be happy we don't weigh what we used to! So much has changed in our lives, good things too. I think I get so caught up in the what I am not doing correctly & then I forget to appreciate what I am doing. Overall, things are far better than they used to be.

Yes GG....so much HAS changed! The doggies got to go out with me today; they went out with DH yesterday in between rain events. We've lucked out in that we've been able to get them out most days this weekend, in between the systems.  

Bren, I see that big green blob on the radar heading up toward you and Buffy....sorry it's heading your way, but still darn glad it's outta here! 

Hi Laurie. It's a good thing all this rain wasn't the frozen ki9nd or we'd be up to our eyeballs in snow! Your pugs still wearing booties when they go out in snow? 

Buffy, my only plans for tomorrow are to work at the thrift shop in the afternoon (YAY!!)and stop by a place to get some wedding gift wrap. Of course, all that's AFTER getting the doggies out for a walk. Might have to be a short one for the Collie guy, as he's been limping. Thought he was OK earlier today, so I took him out on a full walk. Must have been too much, though, because he's got a slight limp again tonight. :( 

I'm so glad that I live in California when I read about all of the rain and cold weather. But... I'm sure you all will have wonderful gardens and landscapes to come! 

Nope, no booties, but still running around in the barn boots and pjs to catch the ones that their feet get cold.lol

Cheryl, we do get our share of colder weather, but it's realtively rare for it to stay below freezing....so nothing as brutal as the Midwest! Not sure which is worse.....hurricanes here or earthquakes out in CA! 

Laurie, you are SO good to those pups! 

Jaime, the wind has come up and is doing a really good job of drying things out. A bit colder than I like, but at least we found the sunshine!
