Since I hit weight plateau for the past 3 months, I did a research into this topic. I have collected 7 possible solutions that I can implement to break through this weight plateau. Personally for my situation, I workout daily, eat plenty of dairy for fats and I am on very strict OMAD almost from the start. So dairy could be the main suspect, metabolite rate (less likely), and lastly muscle gain/recomposition (very likely). For the next 2 weeks, I am going OFF Keto, eliminating all dairy, and stacking up on carbs. Forget calories, and just be a regular Joe for 2 weeks. :P
Weight Plateaued? Try the following: 1) STOP all dairy, cheese, whipped cream, MTC oil, and Milk. (Remove Intolerant Foods =>Dairy, Eggs, Wheat, and Fructose) 2) RE-FEED / Every Sunday eat more carbs. 3-4 fruits. NO FATS. CARBS ONLY. 3) DIET BREAK / take 2 weeks break, eat 3 times a day. With fruits and snacks. 4) 48H FAST / Do 48 hours fast at the end of every month. Last week, Sat and Sun. 5) FASTING BREAK, take 2 weeks break from usual fasting (16:8 or OMAD), do 12 hours on (Fasting) and 12 hours off (Fasting) 6) KETO BULK, for 2 weeks. Add more calories. 5-6 days keto bulking and 1 day extreme fasting. 7) 2 WEEKS ON (KETO), 2 WEEKS OFF (KETO)
