Food was spot on yesterday. At late lunch (230/300) and then was good at dinner time. Could have eaten about 6 but really wasn't hungry so let it go and had more to drink (I WAS thirsty).
Another early out today (potentially). Got to see my son yesterday afternoon and hang out with him a bit, got some Momma snuggles before he left which is always nice. (He's 28 now, I don't get a lot of time to get those in).
Down 9.6 since 12/28. Would like to see another 6 by 2/1 which is doable so we'll see. Got nerdy and created a spreadsheet that shows not only how much is left to lose but also the total amount lost to date, the % that is of the total I needed to lose as well as the % of the total my daily loss is. So if I lost 1.1 for the day, that's 2% of what I need to lose but now that I'm at 9.6 down, I've lost 12% of the total amount needed to go. Created some mini goals to track and aim for. I wish FS data was downloadable. Had to do it manually. :/
