I went up to 298 you know. On antibiotics now and the change is almost immediate. This is day three and we can assume they've kicked in. It's a relief as it's so discouraging to look down at the scales and see them going up. Still, we've lived though it :-) Now for some exercise :-) I thank everyone for their kind words.
