Back to 141 this morning for my weigh in. Now if I can just get myself consistent with dinners all week long- those few bad choices ruin my progress and all my hard work! It's always a struggle. My mindset is right on track this morning- fuel my body with healthy foods and give it the good stuff it needs.
Well, time to get ready and teach my class of 4 year olds for MOPS this morning. Now that takes a lot of energy!!
