I hit my goal this week. I have lost a total of 15 pounds! I still don't see it much but I know it's there. My clothes fit looser and every time I see the scale drop it gives me motivation to eat healthy. I have not starved myself but I have significantly changed my intake and eating habits. This is day 30 of my long journey. 15 pounds, 30 days I feel is an enormous success. I'll celebrate tonight with a healthy dinner :)
