Iam staring over. I've gained 15 lbs. :-(

I am on a mission to lose another 50. God, please help me. I gave up pop for 3 mos. That was fine, but I drank other sugary drinks. Plus I wasn't diligent about watching my portions.

Further, I stopped taking my insulin (what was I thinking?) Anyway. I begin again. This time with more determination.

So I am going to eat a whole lot less bread and breada-y food, eat more salad, and drink more water. Hopefully this will get me back on track.

I'll try cutting down to maybe two slices a day. The bread I eat is 100% Whole Wheat and 50 calories per slice. I quit the Diet Soda 3 month ago. When to town and picked one up for the ride home. Made me nauseated and bloated. I can't drink sugary drinks they make me nauseated. So pretty much I stick to unsweetened iced tea, coffee and ice water. Keep in touch, WE WILL DO IT! And keep each other in prayer.

By the way - wheat adds weight.
