Mitzig Günlüğü, 16 Eki 08

I sucked this week.......I fell into that old bad habit of seeing what family or friends were eating, and failed at resisting temptation.....I felt so yucky when I ate badly. One thing I learned was I feel like crap when I eat crap. I feel good when I eat good! If it's a lesson learned then I need to keep remembering that lesson!

Isn't it strange how food makes you feel! you don't realize how bad until you eat healthy then go back! I feel ya! You know what to do now... a little negative thought brings on more... so starting NOW, you AND ME... lets correct the rest of our day!! week. diet!! haha...

Good lesson. I did the same thing recently with making fried Chinese food- it was delicous, but had such a belly ache after all that fried! Just remember though food is to be enjoyed and if you are taking part of the "bad" stuff, then just eat is slowly and really enjoy it and pay attention to it. I find a decision to sit and enjoy it takes away guilt and causes me to feel more satisfied with the choice to eat, and I usually will eat less that way.
