Today is the 4 wk mark of my diet. I've lost an average of 2.2 lbs per week for a total of 8.8 lbs.
In some ways it has been easier than i expected, such as the food portions/calorie intake. I really have not suffered like i have in the past, and i don't know why. Maybe it's the exercise? One thing that helps mentally is to look at a coke and realize i will have to walk over a mile to get rid of those calories. Or maybe it's cuz i'm eating anthing i want, just less of it. The thing that has been harder or surprised me is that for the amount of exercise i'm doing it's not coming off very fast. . . it's very stubborn!
I'm really glad i'm putting forth the effort. . . i already look and feel better, and have more enduance. :-)
