Staying steady...I was very pleased when I got on the scale this morning and it said 153 again! I am watching what I eat for the most part...still need to push myself on exercising, but it is tough. Been a tough past couple days, found out over the weekend that a friend of ours was killed in a car accident. Her and her 2 children were driving home the other day and she crossed the center lane, the girls are ok, but she perished in the accident. 1 & 4 years old and with out their mom now. Very sad!!! Just makes you wonder why things like this happens, but I am a very strong believer that God has a plan for all of us! I just pray that her family stays strong and can make it though all of the rough times! I need to call Colin, but I just don't know what to say to him. I called and left a message on their home phone, but know he won't get it for awhile, as Morgan the 1 year old is still in Children's Hospital...but I know in due time he will get it and know we are thinking of him! Wishing you all the best...please pass your prayers along to her family...thanks buddies!!!

Congrats on moving that scale down some more. :) So sorry about your friend & her family that's left behind. Just devastating. ~hugs~

What a tragedy...however, that is a great way to look at it. God is always in control!! That doesn't make the pain less, but knowing God is there definitely brings peace. My prayers are with you and your friend's family.
