I lost a pound. I am so happy that I lost a pound the week that I ate all the birthday food...
I'm thinking that the reason that I still lost is that I tracked. Every bite. Also, I exercised with more intensity, knowing that I would be indulging on my birthday.
Plus, I stayed in my points every day. Yes, I ate ALL 35 weekly and most of my AP, but apparently I just need to trust WW and enjoy eating more. :-) WW is designed to allow me to eat more than just my daily points, so why don't I do it more often?
I guess that I am scared to stop losing a pound a week. So on the days that I can eat my 23 daily points only and not feel deprived, I do.
This week I am going to NYC with my boyfriend to visit my brother (and do some major tourist-y stuff). Which means that I will be skipping next Saturday's weigh-in.
Also, I will have to come up with a game plan for the vacation that will still keep me doing WW in NYC, instead of my usual "order in every night after eating fast food every day" and gaining weight. We shall see...
