I said I'd record on Wednesday if for no other reason than to see what sort of "damage" was done at the conference. I'm happy to see it wasn't terribly but I'm still frustrated for a number of reasons. First, I've been about 220 for nearly 2 months. I HAVE to get this diet portion under control. Granted, I'm lifting weights a lot more so don't really want to jeopardize my potential gains there by eating TOO light but I still need to lose a good 20 lbs. I need to make progress on that. I have to remember my ultimate goal and work towards it. I WILL get there in the long-run. Food is not my crutch anymore. I will overcome. Through Him all things are possible.
