Hi Joanna, you are doing well. I watched a video on intermittent fasting (for dementia prevention, and other stuff) and have googled and read tons of stuff. It sounds great, if you don't have any other medical issues that preclude you from doing it. Thanks for the heads up, I started this week and am loving it.

Hi Bren! Thanks. I remembered full moon last week, but only after I had been asleep for awhile. I woke up at 1 a.m. and went out. It was a gorgeous night. My neighbor had just gotten home from work and was sitting out with her dogs. I howled, she laughed and I thought of you all. Hugs and have a great week-end. By the way, happy anniversary . . . late!
