i am totally disgusted with MOI!!!! I am mad at me, was a rough week at MY HOUSE, not work, we have had cookies galore at my work.......EVERYONE IS BAKING from rootbeer cookies to amish bread,and anything in between YOU can think of, BUT my willpower there is 100% GREAT, when i get home, i have been bad!!! WHY DO I DO THIS TO ME!???? I am sure there are 2 lbs.up on the scale, i will NOT step on it today! NO WAY!!! BUT i will get on track with my induction as of this day sat the 20th of dec. 08.PROMISE TO ME!
I know xmas will be eating things that are not normal, as in brown sugar coated ham,and potato filling, i can normally stay away from sweets,they are "not" my downfall. BUT i guess i made too many goodies this holiday for all of my family memebers and it was just temptation, it wasn't like i really enjoyed the heck out of what i ate,i just did it? SO, i am off to the store soon for salad stuff and lots of chicken, and veggies,before the snow comes again!!!! I will be good now, its out of my system,and onto the tredmill and abs lounger too. I am sorry i let my FS BUDDIES DOWN, but, least i am truthful where i am at.
