Love those numbers. I feel like a real winner. I know it's hard for others to see but I realize it.
It has taken me 19 days to lose 5 pounds and we know 5 pounds is no wiggle room. Next week, I will get 3 hours of exercise in if not more. I need to lose more faster but I am committed to staying within my healthy calorie range.
I am committed to loosing 10 additional pounds by Thanksgiving.
