This morning, I re-started my South Beach diet....no, I started living my South Beach way of eating..... And, this time, I'm not just working towards a goal of losing so many pounds or losing weight for the 3 weddings I have this spring. I want to be well on my way to my final ideal weight by the time the weddings start, but I'm not looking for this to be a temporary thing. That was my problem last year when I lost the weight and then gained it back. I didn't plan further then July 4th weekend (my 50&4 birthday celebration). This time I'll look towards my 80th! I'll look past the upcoming events and focus on getting myself health and fit for life....... YAY!!!!!
