I am still struggling to lose the weight. My biggest problem seems to be fast food. I am on the go so much and often times I have unexpected things that come up so it forces me to eat on the run (fast food). I do not like salads to begin with and salads from a fast food joint even less. I must change my mindset on that, and I also must learn to plan ahead better. Taking lunch AND dinner with me every day (even if I eat the take with me at home) is a better deal.

I am thinking to make short term goals, so I reach them sooner, thereby being more encouraged. So my first short term goal is 10 pounds, not 50 pounds. After I reach 10 pound goal, I will reach of another 10 lbs. Maybe that way, it won't seem so overwhelming.

One pound a week is my goal. So by September 1, I expect to be at least 8 pounds lighter. :-)

Ya, mini goals make it seem a lot more attainable. And if you can, do take more of your meals with you, plan friendly meals. When you can't, have you tried the WW phone apps? They'll give you PPVs on the food from most fast food places, so you can still make good choices! Or check it out online with the plan manager, just type in the restaurant name and it will list out all their foods (even their sauces!;) ) so you can plan ahead what you'll eat. Maybe make a few different restaurant choices, in case you can't find one, you'll find the others! :)
