It is so hard! I try to get all my eating done by 6pm. It was super hard at first but I have to do it because I need rules. If I allow myself "just a little something" then all hell breaks loose because there is no such thing as "just a little something". You'll figure out what works for you and you've done a lot by figuring out that eating is a habit to pass the time even when you aren't hungry.
